Admissions are open to eligible students few months before the start of the next financial year. Parents are requested to get in touch with the office for details on the issue of admission applications. The school follows strict admission policies and eligibility criteria and expects the parents/ guardians to abide to the same during the admission.
Admission Rules:
- Every candidate for admission must be introduced in person by parent or guardian who will be responsible to the school authorities for his/her studies and conduct
- Admission is restricted by certain policies of the Management and by conditions of age, ability and conduct
- Admissions are made strictly on the merit after conducting entrance test and interview of the candidate
- At the time of admission the following particulars of the candidate are to be furnished
- Transfer Certificate countersigned by a proper authority
- Birth Certificate and Community Certificate
- Marks Record
- The fees once paid will not be refunded even if the candidate opts to leave the school immediately
- No candidate younger than five or older than seven is admitted to Class I
- Every candidate is required to have an attendance of not less than 85% of the total number of working days. Unauthorized absence of 15 days will involve the removal of the student’s name from the rolls
- The school authority reserves the right to refuse admission to a child without assigning any reason.
- The school also reserve the right to dismiss students whose diligence of progress in studies is constantly unsatisfactory or whose conduct is harmful to other students or whose parents show least interest in the progress of their wards
Withdrawal:
- In case of withdrawals, application for transfer certificate should be submitted to the office on or before 10th March of the ongoing year
- No school leaving certificate will be issued unless applied for in writing after all the pending dues have been cleared
A student maybe dismissed on the following grounds:
- Irregular attendance
- Habitual idleness
- Disobedience or defiance of authority
- Malpractice in connection with examinations
- Lack of sufficient improvement in conduct and studies even after warnings
- Conduct injurious to the moral tone of the school
Fees:
The fees can be paid in two installments:
- Installment 1- June 1 to 10
- Installment 2- October 1 to 10
